30-Day Money Back Guarantee on Laptop Batteries and AC Adapters
TEKK Power wants you to be completely satisfied with the laptop batteries, AC adapters and products you order. If within 30 days of shipping you are not satisfied with your laptop battery or laptop charger, you can return your merchandise for a refund or exchange. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization or RMA. A valid copy of your invoice or sales receipt is required for all returns. Please use our web form to obtain an RMA. Merchandise returned for a refund must be in original condition, and must include all original packing materials and accessories. There are NO RESTOCKING FEES if return process is followed correctly. TEKK Power does charge a 15% restocking fee on any laptop battery or laptop charger returns received that have not been issued the appropriate return authorization, or any products that are missing accessories or components. Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the product is defective. Customer is responsible for shipping the product safely to our return facility, including any additional expenses incurred for packaging or postage. We will cover return shipping in the rare event that a product arrives DOA or if the return was the direct result of our mistake. Authorized returns must be received within 15 calendar days from RMA issuance date.

All sales shipped outside of the U.S. and Canada are considered final. No refunds, exchanges, or warranty requests are permitted with these orders. We do perform an in-house fit and function test just prior to shipment to ensure that you will receive a fully working product.

Acceptable Forms of Payment
Our online store will process Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express payments. Only credit cards drawn from a US bank are accepted directly; no international credit cards please. For your convenience, we also accept payments through PayPal and Google Checkout. All orders are subject to verification. To prevent shipment delays, please have order shipped to a verifiable address of credit card or PayPal confirmed address. PayPal is the only payment option available for international orders; no credit cards directly.

Warranty Information
TEKK Power offers a standard 365-Day (1 Year) Replacement warranty on all new items, including laptop batteries and ac adapters purchased from our website. A valid copy of your invoice or sales receipt is required for all warranty services. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser, residing in the U.S. or Canada, and is not transferable. Substitutions
If the requested laptop battery, laptop charger or merchandise has been sold out or is otherwise unavailable, we may substitute for a compatible laptop battery, laptop charger or other matching product of equal or greater value. We WILL NOT substitute merchandise without your verbal approval.

Shipping & Handling
Domestic in stock orders placed on our website are usually shipped same day if order is processed by 3PM CST (1PM PST; 4PM EST). Otherwise it will ship the following business day. Orders received on Fridays after 3 p.m. CST are processed the following Monday. Orders in stock are usually shipped within 1 business day. Special order items may take 7 to 12 business days before shipment. If any item in your order is back-ordered you will be notified concerning the expected ship date. TEKK Power will ship web orders via USPS, UPS, or FedEx to anywhere within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Canada. We will ship via UPS or USPS to other regions. Sales Tax
