Having problems processing your credit card?
It is very important that your billing information matches the information on your credit card statement. Otherwise, your order will be declined. If the order needs to be shipped to a different address, you can check mark the "Use a different shipping address" option on the billing/shipping information screen.
Only credit cards issued in the U.S. can be processed; the payment system is unable to verify billing information for international credit cards.
For international orders including Canada, you must process your payment through Paypal directly. We do not accept credit cards directly. The "Checkout with Paypal" option is available at the beginning of the checkout process.
Orders may be subject to verification before shipment. To prevent any delay, please make sure that all contact information including phone numbers and email addresses are accurate.

Error usually occurs when either the CVV or Expiration Date provided is invalid. Please verify the CVV code or Expiration Date. The CVV is the last 3 digits on the back of Visa, Mastercard, and Discover cards. For AMEX cards, the CVV is the 4 digits above the card number on the front of the card. However, if both CVV and Expiration Date are correct, please contact your issuing back to determine the problem. |
